Flowers from the Bridesmaids
After going over our check list for the wedding, we’re almost done with everything. All the vendors have been booked, the invitations are put together and sent out, and dresses/tuxes have been bought. There is still stuff to do but has to be done when it gets closer to the wedding. I’m trying to do as much as I can now so the week of I don’t have much to do. I don’t want to be stressed the week of the wedding but I’m sure I will be a little.
I’m looking forward to my shower that’s coming up in a few weeks. My bridesmaids are great. I didn’t now if the shower was going to be a surprise or not because I didn’t know the date. One day at work I came to my desk and there was a box of flowers from the girls. The note was my invitation to my shower. Everyone thought they were from Daniel. He wishes that I would have gone along with that but I told them they were from the girls. Their the best!
Frederick County Court House
On Friday,Daniel and I went up to the Frederick Court House to get our marriage license. I had to take the day off work but it was nice having a three day weekend. I took a few time to get into the court house because you had to go through security to get in. First, we had to go back to the car because you couldn’t bring in cell phones that took pitchers. So we get back and I beep when I walk trow the metal detector. So they made Daniel take our belts. We thought that was kind of odd. I don’t know why they couldn’t just wave the wand to see that it was the belt. So having to put your belt on in the middle of the lobby is a little weird.
We didn’t have to wait long to get the licence. Daniel was glad that it didn’t take long because he didn’t like being with out his phone. The lady that was entering our info didn’t have to much of a personnality. When asked to look over everything before she printed the real one I noticed that I forgot how old I was. Then she asked my age I told her I was 25. After looking at I remembered that I was 26. She didn’t look to happy that she had to change it but that why they ask you to look over everything. Daniel and I thought it was funny. The other funny thing was they really asked us if we were blood related. I think I just gave her a funny look before I said NO. I wonder if this a common thing that may happen up there, who knows?
Hey everybody it’s been a little while since we have updated this thing but that is life. We are in the final stretch and knocking out the last few things that we have to do.

Here is Jessica mailing the save the date cards on Saturday. From what I have heard people are already getting them.
We stopped at Paper Source in Georgetown on Saturday and picked up all the stuff to make our invitations. To include the image above which will be our Save the Date cards.
I manage to get this one in and use our Mii’s to make the save a date cards. Truthfully I stole the idea from someone else, but Jessica wouldn’t let these be out actual invitations. I guess I will take what I can get.
